The staff from the King Parallel mainly have three roles, including the consultant, expert and management.

1. Consultant：

■  Communicate with customers to understand their needs, timely propose project proposals based on the needs, and reach agreement on the project tasks, organization and results.

■  Clarify the project objectives and main tasks, actively lead or participate in the project team to  ensure the consistent project progress with the customer's expectations, as well as the proposed solutions with the customer's needs. After completing the project, it is necessary to follow up to understand customer implementation and feedback on the project output.

2. Expert：

• ■  Conduct the frontier research, consultancy tool development, and construction of case bases and databases in related areas.

• ■  Form the professional influence, increase visibility and establish a professional brand through publishing articles,books and accepting media interviews.

• ■  Provide the research framework, consultancy model, important judgment and key strategy for consulting projects to ensure the depth, breadth, prospecting and practicality.

3. Management： 

• ■  Based on the company's key requirements for development, actively carry out the personnel recruitment, training, organization, brand building, website management, financial management and office logistics services.
