Zongbin Liu is currently the partner of King Parallel Consulting, leads King Parallel’s consultations on operation management, organization process, and performance management. His areas of expertise include business operation, organization, process change, and performance management, with comprehensive studies on Internet + transformation of traditional company.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Dr. Liu has provided management consulting, management training, international certification, and quality award review services for hundreds of companies. Several consulting projects have won provincial and ministerial management innovation awards.
Dr. Liu was awarded the title of “China Top 100 Lecturer”. He has lectured for more than ten colleges and universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, and University of International Business and Economics. He has served as a mentor or visiting professor and has been appointed as the team leader of Beijing Municipal Government Quality Award Review Team, the expert of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" program, one of the final judges of second "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest of Chinese university students.
Dr. Liu holds a master's degree in economics and a doctorate degree in management from Renmin University of China. He has published many monographs such as "Internet + Operation Management - Management Model Innovation to Landing", "Excellence in Operation", and "Simplification of System Document Files".
