Henry Cui is currently the partner of King Parallel Consulting, leads King Parallel’s cross-border M&A consultation.
With 14 years experiences in the energy, resources and agriculture industry, Dr. CUI has worked with clients developing green field to brown field projects, as well as in production management, export marketing and in the merge an acquisition of assets, totalising more than 6.5 billion US $ .
He has worked with China National Coal Energy Australia, Barlow-Junker (now WoodMackenzie), Shenhua Australia, Yancoal Australia, Di'ao International Investment Pty Ltd., GMS, ERA Business Consulting Pty Ltd. and Boill Fund, in positions ranging from coal journalist through to Assistant GM, EA to Company Secretary, Marketing Controller, COO, Associate Director, Executive Director and Business Development Partner.
Dr. Cui holds a Ph.D. from Nanjing University and Post-Doctoral degree from Stanford University.
