The Tibet King Parallel Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Tibet King Parallel "), registered on December 9, 2019, and jointly established by Beijing King Parallel Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as " King Parallel ") and Tibet state owned capital investment and Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tibet state owned capital company"), aims to provide high-quality comprehensive innovative solutions in four fields of the strategy, management, reform of state owned enterprises and policies for those government departments and enterprises in Tibet Autonomous Region. The main businesses include: management consulting; enterprise management services, market research, industry research, big data analysis, brand management, corporate planning, marketing planning, technology promotion services, conference and exhibition services, as well as organization of cultural and academic exchange activities.

As a representative of China boutique consulting company, the Beijing King Parallel Consulting was founded by Dr. Zhang Zhengjun, the former researcher of the development research center of the State Council and director of the SOE Office (worked in the Research Institute of the development research center of the State Council from 2002 to 2013).The King Parallel has formed a wealth of knowledge management systems and high-quality solution formulation abilities in the fields of SOE Reform, strategic planning, enterprise management and government policy based on the accumulation of long-term consulting and frontier researches, as well as a deep understanding of the laws of corporate development and changes. The clients include the central and local state-owned assets supervision institutions, the most representative central enterprises, local enterprises and listed companies. The Tibet State Capital Investment and Operation Company, established in 1999, it is a first-class enterprise under the supervision of the SASAC of the Tibet Autonomous Region with a registered capital of 1.088 billion RMB. It is a pilot of the state-owned capital investment and operation company of Tibet Autonomous Region, and includes 62 participating holding enterprises. The businesses include to be responsible for the investment, operation and related businesses of state-owned capital according to authorization, the management and operation of leased and idle operational state-owned assets and others of administrative institutions directly under the district, as well as various regional assets transferred by the government of the autonomous region and the SASAC of the region.
