On December 30, 2019, Dr. Zhang Zhengjun, CEO of the King Parallel and Chairman of Tibet King Parallel, was invited to Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to give a lecture to the 14th Five-Year Plan Training Course on Strategic Adjustment of the Distribution and Structure of State-owned Capital in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region sponsored by the SASAC (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) and co-sponsored by the Inner Mongolia Federation of Enterprises. The topic of the lecture was Planning and Case Analysis on the 14th Five-Year Plan Development Strategy of SOE, which included five parts: understanding strategy, key points of the 14th Five-Year Plan of SOE, case analysis, methods and models of strategic planning, and strategic management under uncertainty.
The participants of this training course include the main leaders of the SASAC (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region), the leaders of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region SOE, and the leaders of SASAC of all leagues in Inner Mongolia. Lecturers include Yang Chenhua, director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Development Research Center, Dr. Zhang Zhengjun, CEO of Beijing King Parallel, and Tong Hu, general manager of Shanghai Kangzhi Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
